The space you need for the whole family or group of friends is here with a king‑sized bed in the bedroom, a queen‑sized sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fold‑out cot located in the bedroom closet. The balcony is accessible from either the bedroom or living room. There are two flat‑screen televisions, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom, both offering America’s top 120 through dish network. You’ll also have access to secure WIFI. Washer and dryer, along with detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your laundry needs. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you will need to prepare your own meals. Bring your boat and tie up along the boardwalk. We have thought of everything you’ll need to make your stay as easy, relaxed, and cozy as possible.

There is a boardwalk with cleats for boat tie‑up and you are also able to rent a pontoon to have delivered to you from Great White Rentals. You are welcome to tie your boat up in front of the condo during the duration of your stay. Boat trailers are allowed in the parking lot. There is a boat ramp (Hill Wheatley) less than 2 miles away.

The swim dock is shared with the other condo, however, you are welcome to use it during your visit.
