This is the perfect spot to bring your whole family or group of friends. Walk out the back door and be at the dock in just seconds. Perfect spot to fish or relax with a book. You can bring your boat and tie it up at your very own private dock. The house sleeps 6. It is centrally located, so you are within minutes of everything.

Space
This is a three-bedroom, two-bath home. We have tried to provide all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and pillows.

OUTDOORS: Covered private balcony with grill

BOAT DOCK: Covered boat dock – Note: the water in the cove is 3 ½ foot, so this dock will be best for smaller boats or party barges. Also, you do have to walk down a few stairs to get to the boat dock (see in pictures)

INDOORS: Open layout, hardwood floors, modern décor, Dish Network in all bedrooms

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliance, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, iron & board, hairdryers

We also offer rentals as well on our boat rental page, we bring it to you and pick it up. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please reach out to us with any questions or needs. We will do our best to help in any way possible.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. The unit has a keyless entry for easy check-in. We will send you directions and the door code the day before check-in.
